1. Free revisions - until you are 100% happy

We hate to see a dissatisfied customer, therefore we are willing to work with you as long as it takes for your to feel that the paper is written to your original instructions. Please make sure you include as much detail as possible when ordering. We will accept the revision requests within 48-hour window after the paper has been released to you.

2. If we cannot write your paper - your order will be refunded

If you placed an order and it turned out that none of our writers can complete it, we will fully refund your money. There is absolutely no risk for you.

We cannot be liable for what your instructor thinks of the research paper you receive. You can ask for as many revisions as you like untill the research paper satisfies your original requirements, but we cannot be held liable for the grade that the paper receives from your teacher. As long as you are happy as a customer, we consider our job done. Therefore, please make sure that you include every possible requirement that you know your professor will want to see in the paper, because we cannot provide further support after the paper has been accepted by you.
